New wallpaper, and the very first in our Artist Series

Sebastian Abboud’s Pencil wallpaper

I like minimal settings. As a result, my desktop has been set to grey for the better part of 15 years. Last week, though, I thought I’d spruce the place up a little—and figured I’d do so in Officehours style.

The result are a series of basic desktop wallpapers, set in familiar Officehours colors, and available in a few common sizes (1280x800, 1440x900, 1680x1050, 1920x1200, 2560x1440, 3840x2400). You can grab any of these in the Officehours WTF, by visiting the Wallpaper Basics area.

Along the way, I figured this’d be a lot more fun if other creative folks on Officehours took part. The first person to come to mind was Sebastian Abboud. He’s a long-standing member of Officehours, having talked about living in Nanaimo, and connecting students to industry through Officehours. Most importantly, his illustrations are wicked-awesome.
